Privacy Policy

🔒 The short version: We collect nothing. Store nothing. Sell nothing.

VisibilityPulse processes your audit entirely in-memory at the Cloudflare edge. The moment you receive your results, your data is gone. No logs. No database. No exceptions.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

VisibilityPulse is designed from the ground up to be privacy-first. We do not collect, store, or process:

Your name, email address, or any personally identifying information
The URLs you submit for auditing
Your audit results or scores
Your IP address beyond what Cloudflare's edge network uses for routing
Cookies or tracking pixels of any kind
Browser fingerprints or device identifiers

2. How the Audit Works (Technical)

When you submit a URL for auditing:

Your request is received by a Cloudflare edge worker
The worker fetches the target URL's publicly accessible HTML, robots.txt, and sitemap.xml
All 8 AI visibility signals are computed in-memory within milliseconds
The result is returned directly to your browser
No data is written to any database, file system, or log

This is stateless, ephemeral computation. There is nothing to delete because nothing is saved.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate this site:

Cloudflare Pages & Workers — Hosting and edge compute. Cloudflare may log request metadata per their own privacy policy.
Google Fonts — Typography. Google may process font requests per their privacy policy.
Cobe.js (via unpkg CDN) — Interactive globe library. The CDN may log access requests.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, or any advertising or tracking technology.

4. Cookies

We use a single functional cookie — vp_disclaimer_dismissed — stored locally in your browser's localStorage. This stores only whether you have dismissed the site disclaimer banner. It contains no personal data and never leaves your device.

5. Children's Privacy

VisibilityPulse is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance.
